April 25th – 9 AM – 1 PM
Bethel Lutheran Church
A Morning of Prayer Workshop
Registration required. RSVP to Robin Fabo (text 330.256.4329) by April 5th

To many people the word “prayer” means talking to God. That is part of the process of prayer, but the other part is listening to God. Many of us have challenges with this second part. We haven’t developed the skills that put us in two-way conversations with God.
At this half-day workshop we will engage in three prayer practices that can help us both talk to and listen to what God may have for us. Short instructional large group gatherings will set the stage for times set aside for you to spend with God one-on-one

Robin Fabo, Pastor Jon and Kris Burkett will be "trail leaders". If you want to join us, please open the volunteer form, print it, fill it out and give to Kris, Robin or Pastor.

Bethel adopted 2 Trails in 2025 - God is present in nature and what better way to share this beauty by taking care of His work. Join us in keeping our pathways clear.
Lake Trail: A 1-mile loop around Kendall Lake, a mostly flat trail with a dirt surface and some stairs to climb. The trail offers views of the lake and opportunities to enjoy plants and wetlands along its edge. You might find beaver activity and other signs of wildlife.
Cross Country Trail: A 2.5-mile loop with a dirt surface and 160 feet of elevation change. This trail wanders through wooded ravines and can be accessed from the Lake Trail.
