Summary of 42nd Christmas Boutique

A HUGE thank you to all for supporting the Boutique. It was a record-breaking event this year! There was a vast collection of beautiful hand-crafted and hand-stitched items, delicious bakery, and a variety of jarred pantry items donated this year....probably the most product ever! The final profit has not been tallied yet; however, revenue is near the $7,000 mark. Whether you cooked/baked, sewed, knitted, crocheted, crafted or bought - THANK YOU. This response is a true testament our Bethel's commitment of time, talent, and treasure.

Even though it is impossible to recognize everyone's individual contributions, there are a few folks that volunteered as committee chairs:
• Regina for preparing the press materials for local newspapers and community magazines.
• Dianne for preparing the marketing collateral and publishing in the local Town Moneysaver and set-up coordination.
• Gunda for hosting the Thursday evening workshops at her home. Brenda, Dianne, Sue, Norma and Regina were also instrumental in making the workshops productive.
• Kathie for coordinating cookie baking workshops at church in November
• Diane and Laurie for coordinating the bakery packaging
• Gunda - lunch preparation and Sam - dinner preparation chairpersons; meals were scrumptious this year!
• Bethel Youth Group for coordinating Saturday Breakfast with Santa
And again, thank you to the many, many talented Bethel members who donated and contributed items this year for a successful Boutique. We recognize your efforts, too! It's not too early to start thinking about next year!
